Conditions of Entry

1. Festival Tickets can not be refunded after purchase.

2. You are responsible for your ticket. If you arrive without your pre-issued Ticket, you will be refused entry or charged again at the Gate Ticket price. A refund for duplicate payments will only be considered if / when the original ticket is returned along with proof of purchase. Such refund requests MUST be received before 15 May 2010.

3. Your pre-issued ticket will be exchanged for an armband when you arrive at the Festival Ticket Office. This armband becomes your pass into venues. If you are not wearing a wristband you will be refused entry to the venues site.

4.  The Festival has the right to refuse entry or evict patrons who behave in a manner that is inappropriate, offensive to others, or illegal.

5. It is suggested to bring appropriate clothing and footwear for snow, cold and wet conditions.

6. Sound and Video recording are not permitted without prior written consent of the Festival Chairperson.

7. Entry to the Festival and venues is at your own risk. Parents and carers are responsible for the care of their children.

8. The Festival resumes the right to vary the advertised artists and/or program. Please Note: The Festival will take place regardless of the weather. It is advisable to bring warm and waterproof clothing.

9. Responsible service of alcohol laws will be strictly adhered to.
