2010 Festival Venues

The 2010 Perisher Snowy Mountains of Music festival will feature over 120 concerts, workshops and dances in 12 venues at Persiher Valley, Smiggin Holes and Guthega.

V1 SMIGGINS HOTEL

• 600 seat capacity main concert venue
• Concerts from Friday evening to Monday afternoon. Feature concert with Blue King Brown, Mista Savona on Sunday evening.
• Music Room - 7 workshops on Saturday and Sunday
• Food available, lunch and dinner

V2 THE MAN FROM SNOWY RIVER HOTEL

• 150 person capacity
• Food available, lunch and dinner
• Concerts from Friday evening to Monday 2pm.

V3 PERISHER CENTRE

• This is a free stage on Front Valley.
• Food available in various cafes, restaurants.
• Concerts during daytime on Saturday and Sunday. Concerts also in Jax and Bazils.
• The Kids Stage is located at eastern end.

V4 BAZILS BAR

• Cosy bar for 100 people in the Perisher Centre. Get acoustic style music up close.
• Concerts on Saturday and Sunday from midday to 8.30pm including sessions, pub singalongs.

V5 JAX BAR

• 400 person capacity in Perisher Centre
• Concerts on Saturday and Sunday evening from 8.30pm

V6 SUNDECK HOTEL

• Australia’s highest hotel. Capacity 250 persons
• Food available, lunch and dinner and late
• Concerts from Friday till Monday
• Traditional late night session venue.

V7 BARRAKEE LODGE

• Cosy venue for 60 people
• Food available dinner
• Concerts on Saturday and Sunday evening

V8 THE EIGER

• Cosy venue for 60 people
• Food available, lunch and dinner
• Concerts and sessions on Saturday and Sunday from 4pm

V9 BASE 1720 BAR

• Cosy venue for 60 people
• Food available dinner
• Concerts and sessions on Saturday and Sunday evening

V10 GUTHEGA ALPINE INN

• Cosy venue at Guthega.
• Lunch available.
• Concerts on Saturday and Sunday from 1pm to 3.30pm.
• There is no Festival Transport to this venue. Ski over the mountain or drive round!

V11 KIDS STAGE, PERISHER CENTRE

• 22 sessions for the kids with musical and dramatical entertainment from 10am on Saturday and Sunday
• Enjoy bush dancing, singalongs, storytelling, bush craft making, magicians, Circus and more!

V12 MID PERISHER CENTRE

• 4 Concerts on Saturday and Sunday from lunchtime 
• Food available
